When I asked for my first raise after a year of working I was told that I didn’t contribute enough to the company even though I averaged 32 hrs weekly and was a hard worker. ![]() This company only cares about making money and the owners are never around to see how poorly this place is ran by uneducated management. It was made clear from the moment I started that if I was ever mistreated by the stylists I couldn’t go to management about the situation bc anyone less than them will always be in the wrong. Receptionist, assistants and least busy technicians don’t matter ever. They managers only care about the technicians that bring money into the business. ![]() I worked here for over a year and I always had issues with management not knowing how to take control from the start. I look forward to where my journey here continues to take me and the people I will meet along the way. I have gotten to know clients and their families so well I have been invited to their parties. Nothing happens overnight and as wonderful has management and the owners have been, they aren't mind readers. With time (have patience!) and open dialogue you can achieve continued opportunities and great job satisfaction. If you work here and are a consistent, reliable, and hard working individual then you will have found a good home. ![]() I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a family owned company who understands and values me as an individual and gives me the stability and flexibility I need to be successful mother and wife, not just manager. As my role has grown and changed so has my life outside of work. Hard work and dependability have continued to pay off and I have been given many opportunities. I am lucky enough to have worked for this company for over four years and counting.
